| سونے سے پہلے سوره الفلق اور سوره الناس پڑھ کر سونا | SUBSCRIBE | LIKE | SHARE | COMMENTS | Sahih Al Bukhari - Chapter NO 80 - Hadith NO - 6319 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ نَفَثَ فِي يَدَيْهِ ، وَقَرَأَ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ ، وَمَسَحَ بِهِمَا جَسَدَهُ " . ´ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ سے عقیل نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، انہیں عروہ نے خبر دی اور انہیں ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ` جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم لیٹتے تو اپنے ہاتھوں پر پھونکتے اور معوذات پڑھتے اور دونوں ہاتھ اپنے جسم پر پھیرتے۔ Narrated `Aisha: Whenever Allah's Apostle went to bed, he used to blow on his hands while reciting the Mu'auwidhat ( i.e. Suratal-Falaq 113 and Surat-an-Nas 114) and then pass his hands over his body.
